Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by sending us an email at email@example.com or whatsapp us at 87797457.
For treats orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement, refunds may be processed if the order is not in production. Please note that procurement of raw materials for an order may also constitute a production-in-progress order.
For all non-treats orders placed after 24 hours and not shipped out, we will accept cancellations.
We regret that orders shipped out cannot be cancelled nor refunded.
ALL CANCELLED ORDERS ACCEPTED will be processed for refund value equivalent to the order amount MINUS a 4% admin fee due to 3rd party payment gateway fees incurred.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Should your items be incorrect or received in conditions deemed unusable, please take clear photos of the item and contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt. Such items must be unused, unopened and with stickers/tags intact.
We reserve the right to decline refunds should it be found that claims are not justified or that items are damaged wilfully.
