These American bullfrogs are raised right here in SG without steroids, antibiotics or hormones. Frog legs are low in fat and is an excellent choice for those that has allergy to common proteins. We prep our frog legs by removing the bigger upper thigh bone, ensuring the fleshy thigh meat dehydrates well. The lower leg bone remains.
