We only use sashimi-grade, wild caught yellow fin tuna that is naturally rich in Omega-3, Vitamin B, D, potassium, magnesium, iodine, phosphorus and selenium. These jerkies are not oily to the touch and are super crunchy. Texture: Crunchy Best consumed within 12 weeks from production date. Available in 50g and 100g packs.
