In short, we guarantee that all brands on Furry Planet are 100% authentic. That or your money back.
We ensure a minimum of six months shelf life for most products, or a three months to best-by-dates (as these are not expiry dates).
In the event these dates are shorter, they will be clearly stipulated on the product listing.

Treats and Furry Planet Chews
All treats have a best-by or expiry date stated on the packaging.
Furry Planet Chews are dated by their production dates and best consumed within 12 weeks while freshest. Out of these dates, the treats are still good to be consumed if kept well, especially so if they are in the fridge (no condensation).
Well-kept treats in the fridge can last up to 6 months or more, and
treats in the freezer should do longer than 6 months.
Always inspect treats before consumption, for visible changes in colour, texture and consistency.
Treats are best kept airtight in the refrigerator or in a cool and dry place. Storerooms are not ideal as they are a humid environment due to our weather conditions. To test, place a dehumidifier eg. Thirsty Hippo, in the storeroom and ascertain if it “drinks” up the humidity quicker than other areas.
Furry Planet only source from suppliers serving human-grade produce, often to F&B establishments and end consumers.
All raw produce undergo a sanitizing process prior to dehydration. We use hypochlorous solution, an ultra food safe, human safe and eco-safe method in our process. We encourage you to learn about hypochlorous
acid and how it can arm you and your family to be antiviral and antibacterial.

Besides sanitizing our raw produce, we disinfect all food contact surfaces with hypochlorous acid and adhere to strict hygiene protocols in our home kitchen. We are proud that our ethics guide us in ensuring high standards, without needing endorsements or checks from governing bodies. We are
after all, using this same kitchen for ourselves and our pups.
Receive complimentary doorstep delivery for local (SG) addresses; with orders $59 and above. For orders below $59, a flat rate of $2.99 will apply for this same service. We use trackable courier service such as Qxpress or similar.
We strive to prep your orders for courier pickup within two (2) work days, excluding the day of order.
Once shipped, your order should reach you within one (1) to
three (3) work days.

We ship out from Singapore where we are based, to Malaysia, S.Korea and countries serviced under Qxpress and Speedpost’s network. For liquid items, we can utilise UPS and FedEx services.
Please contact us to obtain a quote for the items you are keen on. We apologise that we are unable to ship food items out of Singapore due to hygiene and custom restrictions.
The importer (buyer) may be subject to custom taxes and import restrictions. We apologise we are unable to advise on the importer country’s custom policies.
Currency & Payment
We accept payment using:
Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Local bank transfer or PAYNOW are also accepted, with a need to Whatsapp us the payment notification. SG mobile no. 8779 7457.
We use Singapore Dollars (SGD) for all our prices.
Cancellation & Returns
We apologise that orders placed cannot be cancelled without incurring processing fees (5%). Please contact us within 2 hours of order placement should you need to cancel.
However, if the order is shipped out, we are unable to accept any cancellations.

We seek to resolve any differences as soon as possible.
We accept returns for incorrect or damaged items sent.
Should your items be incorrect or received in conditions deemed unusable, please take clear photos of the item and contact us within three (3) calendar days of receipt. Such items must be unused, unopened and with their original stickers/tags intact.
We offer the following options upon refund/exchange agreement:
1. Return the product and receive a replacement for the same item ordered. We cover all return/re-delivery costs.
2. Return the product and receive a gift card amount equivalent to the value you paid (ie. excludes promo code discounts). We cover all return costs.
3. Return the product and receive a direct refund to the same payment method used. The refund value is determined at the item amount paid minus a 10% restock admin fee due to payment gateway providers involved. eg. item paid is $100, you will receive $90 in direct refund.
We reserve the right to decline returns/refunds for claims that are not justified or that items are damaged wilfully.
